Goals and Time Frame

Establishing Goals

When I began my weight loss journey back in July 2012 all  I wanted to be was a skinny bitch. Then I slapped my self I realized that I have never been skinny nor do I want to look super skinny. You can often hear me telling skinny bitches to eat a sandwich and I never would want to be that skinny. Then I began to think clearly and I knew a few things...#1 I wanted to get healthy #2 I wanted to wear my favorite jeans again.

Make a realistic goal!!

Lbs were never a huge concern of mine but rather size was. I was in the largest size I have ever been and had a bin full of clothes that were labeled as "When I lose weight". So I made it my mission to get into those jeans that I haven't wore in years.

Time Frame

Once you have established a goal/s for your self make sure you give your self a time frame when you want something done. This way you can keep your self accountable. I decided for my birthday (September) I wanted to be only 1 size smaller and 20 lbs lighter. This gave me 2 months to complete a sup goal.
